NorCal Construction started from a simple observation: homeowners do not lose sleep over grout colour. They lose sleep over a contractor who stops answering, a permit nobody pulled, and a schedule that quietly slipped by three months.
So we built the company around the boring parts. Written line-item estimates. Permits pulled under our own licence. Trades sequenced so the tiler is not standing in an unpainted room. One person you can call who actually knows where your job is.
Fifteen years and 500-plus projects later, that is still the whole pitch.
We would rather lose the job at the estimate than surprise you at the halfway point.
Unpermitted work becomes your problem at resale. We do not hand you that.
